Refund & Cancellation Policy

At 501 Solutions, we are committed to helping nonprofit founders move from vision to action with integrity, clear communication, and professional service. Please review this policy before purchasing.
1. Done-With-You Nonprofit Formation Services
Our formation services involve work specific to your organization. Service payments become nonrefundable once research, document preparation, or application work begins.
If you cancel before work begins, we will refund your service payment. Unused funds collected for filing fees will also be returned. Government and third-party fees already paid cannot be refunded by 501 Solutions.
2. Filing Accuracy and Approval
If we make a preparation or filing error, we will correct our work at no additional service charge.
Clients must provide accurate information, review documents, and respond to requests. Additional work resulting from changed instructions or inaccurate information may require a separate fee, disclosed before that work begins.
IRS and state agencies determine approval and processing times. Purchasing our services does not guarantee approval. Agency delays alone do not qualify for a refund.
3. Consultations
Consultations may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Timely cancellations qualify for a refund.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice and missed appointments are nonrefundable. We may offer rescheduling credit for an emergency.
If 501 Solutions cancels your appointment, you may choose a new appointment or a full refund.
4. Courses and Digital Resources
Paid courses, templates, and downloadable resources are nonrefundable after access or delivery, unless the purchase page offers a refund period.

5. Requesting Cancellation or Assistance
Email your name, purchase details, and request to Ronnie@501solutionsusa.com.
Requests take effect when received. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
We encourage you to contact us about billing concerns so we can work toward a resolution. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law or through your payment provider.
Any different refund terms expressly stated in your signed service agreement or purchase page will control for that purchase.
